Four years earlier we were going to be hitched in City Hall in San Francisco (while gay marriage was supposedly legal in SF for a month or two) - so we had a soft spot for the place in our hearts - and took the opportunity to tie the knot while we were in the area. We ELOPED!!!
Our dear Joss was our witness - and our pro photographer...
And driving home that night, our pal Kathy had chocolate cake, a card, flowers and balloons awaiting us....

Dear Pods - Mazel Tov! Deborah and i wish you both all the happiness in the world as you continue your endless honeymoon (as we are doing also...we're into our 12th year together...no license yet...we'll see what happens after the elections in november!)
By the way, i LOVED reading about your trip to India - i've always wanted to go to Meherabad (i'm a long-time Baba lover, y'know...) and sharing in your experience, seeing the photos, was the next best thing to being there! we were in No. India last fall on a guided pilgrimage "in the footsteps of the Buddha" - an amazing journey! i'd love to go back to India some day(to Meherabad and to Kerala to Amma's ashram)...
