There are lots of choices of what to eat in Singapore.  This trip was about street food – market style eating.

Day One we opted for Thai food from the Thai Express.  Here's what it looked like...

Glass noodles with Shrimp...

Rice noodles with Veggies...

On Day Two, we ate our main meal around 4:30 at the Lau Pa Sat Festival Food Court Market.  With over 100 choices (our guess), it was hard to pick.  Here's what we ended up with - pretty tasty!  Not the best name, but good food.

Yummm!!!!  M's favorite - young fresh coconut - nothing tastes more alive!

And for dessert, fresh fruit; mango, pineapple, kiwi and of course - dragonfruit...

Mindy really liked these custard O-banyakis from the Japanese Market downstairs.  We had watched them being made in China Town in Sydney but hadn't tasted them.  Mindy said they tasted like waffles.

Watch how they were made in Sydney.  Same process here.
