We returned to San Miguel de Allende and walked to our 2nd class at "La Cocina". Here was today's menu...
Jugo de Tamarindo (Tamarind juice) Mole Verde with Chicken Mole Poblano with Cheese Enchiladas Chayote Squash Salad Tinga de Pollo con Tostaditas (Shredded Chicken and chipotles in corn cups) Pastel de Tres Leches (Three Milk Cake)

Later that night the 4 kids climbed up to "Las Cruces" to get a great view of the city.
Then Joss, Malia and Christian headed for the nightclubs to
sample the night life and check out the disco dancing. They watched
more fireworks from the rooftop patio of "Azotea" and had to dodge the
burning embers from the fireworks that went awry.
One of the embers burned a hole in Joss' blanket. They give these to the patrons to stay warm.
