We signed up for our friend Lucinda's all day cooking class - exploring the markets of Little Vietnam on Victoria Street in Melbourne and then coming back to William Anglis College to cook up a great feast. This College has a fully accredited culinary program. We had a blast!
There was a brand new supermarket that just sold EVERYTHING Vietnamese and Asian. It was huge and jam packed with zillions of exotic items. Here are a few of our favorite things...Most of them don't need any explanation.
