Zest Deli in Nelson had a beautiful deli case filled with fabulous lunch choices.  We were impressed by their many gluten free options.  Apparently there are many New Zealanders who have celiac disease (can't digest wheat), so most menus have gluten free choices.

Here's our lunch...gluten free vegetable quiches...

Lots of other great ethnic choices too here in Nelson.  Malaysian, Indian, Japanese and Thai.  "To Go" food is known as "Takeaway".
