I'm assuming if you can't watch the movies, it's because you're on a PC - since Mac's come with Quicktime built-in.

PC pals - have faith!  The solution is easy:

Step One:  go to :  http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
(or try clicking here - same URL as a link:  getQUICKTIME)

it is a free download and very easy to do - on the left side of the page is the button for windows.

Step Two: After you download it, quit your web browser.

Step Three: Double click the icon "iTunes Setup".  You don't have to select the buttons for desktop shortcut or apple software to check for updates.  Then just follow the installation wizard, as per usual.  You don't have to click the "launch iTunes" at the end of the installation process.

Step Four: Then open your browser back up and VOILA!  Movies!!!  Try it and let me know.

PS - most people use Internet Explorer by default as their web browser, because Microsoft bundles it with Windows.  But there are some advntages to having two browsers, and some cool features of this other one called Firefox.  To download it (also for free) go to:  www.getfirefox.com and click the green button.  getFIREFOX

Lotsa love!
